DARK LABS FLAME - HIGH-STIM PRE-WORKOUT
LIGHT THE FLAME. COMMIT TO THE SESSION. Flame is a concentrated pre-workout built around a multi-stimulant energy and focus profile for experienced users. Two caffeine sources sit alongside Beta PEA, Juglans Regia extract and additional stimulant ingredients, with agmatine sulfate and AAKG completing the pump-focused component.
Its defining feature is the emphasis on training drive in a compact powder formula. Each active ingredient has a separately stated amount, making the composition clear without relying on an undisclosed proprietary blend.

THE FLAME FORMULA
COMPLEMENT YOUR TRAINING ROUTINE
FLAME + MANIACO PUMP - A SEPARATE PUMP COMPONENT
Maniaco Pump adds a stimulant-free formula featuring 3D Pump® and L-tyrosine. It offers a different emphasis from Flame's stimulant profile, but both products contain agmatine and arginine-based ingredients. Account for that overlap before considering a combination; this is not a recommendation to take two full servings together.
FLAME + ALPHA CREATINE - SESSION FORMULA AND DAILY CONSISTENCY
Alpha Creatine brings creatine monohydrate, PeptiStrong® and elevATP® to your wider training routine. Flame contains no creatine, so the pairing adds a distinct product role without another stimulant pre-workout.
FLAME FAQ
Is Flame suitable as my first pre-workout?
No. Flame is designed for experienced stimulant users. Experience with coffee alone does not make a concentrated multi-stimulant pre-workout an appropriate starting point.
Does the caffeine combination mean Flame is slow-release?
No. Two caffeine sources do not automatically create a controlled-release formula. We do not describe caffeine citrate as a slow-release ingredient or promise a specific duration.
Do 300 mg caffeine anhydrous and 200 mg caffeine citrate mean 500 mg of caffeine?
No. The weight of caffeine citrate includes the citrate component, so it is not entirely caffeine. Adding the two ingredient weights does not give the amount of active caffeine.
Will Flame cause beta-alanine tingling?
Flame contains no beta-alanine, so that ingredient's familiar tingling is not an expected feature. The absence of tingling does not mean a pre-workout is ineffective.
Can I combine Flame with another stimulant pre-workout?
No. We do not recommend combining Flame with Crack, Maniaco, VYB3D, energy drinks or other stimulant products. Adding them increases the combined stimulant load rather than providing a complementary pump stack.
Is Flame a good choice for late-evening training?
We do not recommend it close to bedtime. Its caffeine and other stimulant ingredients can interfere with sleep; a stimulant-free pre-workout is a more suitable option for an evening session.
Can I keep creatine in my routine when using Flame?
Yes. Flame contains no creatine, so creatine serves a separate role in your training routine. Alpha Creatine offers a broader creatine formula without adding another stimulant pre-workout.
Does stronger stimulation guarantee a better workout?
No. A stronger sensation is not proof of better performance. Training quality, recovery and individual tolerance matter, and we do not promise guaranteed euphoria or a crash-free experience.
