These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the Dark Labs UK website at https://darklabsuk.com ("the Website"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Website is operated by DLK-NUTRA LTD, trading as Dark Labs UK, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom.

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Dark Labs UK. References to "you" mean the customer placing an order.
2. Eligibility
Our products are food supplements intended for adults. By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- you are buying for personal use and not for resale, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing;
- all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
3.1. All products sold on the Website are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3.2. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
3.3. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
3.4. Product images are for illustration only. Labels, flavours and packaging may vary. The ingredient list and directions on the physical product label always take precedence over Website content.
3.5. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, ingredient information and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
4. Orders and contract formation
4.1. Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order.
4.2. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming the products have been sent.
4.3. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, including where the product is out of stock, a pricing or description error has occurred, we cannot verify payment, or we reasonably suspect the order breaches these Terms. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.
5. Prices and payment
5.1. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
5.2. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.
5.3. If a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
6. Delivery
6.1. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
6.2. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our reasonable control.
6.3. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full.
6.4. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time of the estimated date, contact us at info@darklabsuk.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
7.1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.
7.2. To cancel, tell us clearly (by email to info@darklabsuk.com) within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to: Dark Labs UK – Returns, 8 Baird Avenue, Strutherhill Industrial Estate, Larkhall, Lanarkshire, ML9 2PJ, United Kingdom.
7.3. Important exception for supplements: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right to cancel does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery. Products returned under this section must be unused, unopened and with any tamper seal intact.
7.4. Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
7.5. We will refund the price paid and standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
8.1. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
8.2. If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@darklabsuk.com within a reasonable time, ideally with your order number and photographs. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return postage where a return is required.
9. Health and safety notice
9.1. Some of our products contain high levels of caffeine and other active ingredients and are formulated for experienced adult users. Always read the label, follow the directions for use, and assess your tolerance before using a full serving.
9.2. Do not combine multiple stimulant-containing products and do not use stimulant products close to bedtime. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience adverse effects.
9.3. You are responsible for reading the full ingredient list before use, including for allergens, and for making sure a product is appropriate for you, including in relation to any anti-doping rules that apply to you.
10. Our liability
10.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10.2. Subject to clause 10.1, we are not liable for losses not caused by our breach of these Terms, for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses, as the Website is intended for consumer use.
10.3. Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.
10.4. We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from use of a product contrary to its label directions, these Terms, or medical advice that applies to you.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Dark Labs name and logo, product descriptions, articles, images and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use any Website content without our prior written consent.
12. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). For details of what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
13. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, apply only within their stated validity period and conditions, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time for future orders.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier failures, strikes, extreme weather or supply chain disruption. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of any such event.
15. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, contact us first at info@darklabsuk.com. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. This does not affect your right to bring a claim or to use any applicable alternative dispute resolution scheme.
16. General
16.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place your order applies to that order.
16.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
16.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
