Quick answer: Dark Labs UK delivers to addresses across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (working days). Choose Standard delivery (£4.99, free on orders over £50, 3–5 working days) or DPD (£6.99, free on orders over £80, 1–2 working days).

All prices include VAT. The delivery cost for your order is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of it being placed. This applies to working days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
All stock is held in the United Kingdom, so there are no customs charges or import fees on any order.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. DPD customers also receive a delivery window on the day and can redirect the parcel to a neighbour, a safe place or a local pickup shop.
Please check that your delivery address, email address and mobile number are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally from this store.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If the parcel is delayed or the tracking has not updated, or if your order arrives damaged, email info@darklabsuk.com with your order number and we will resolve it with the courier.
